10.2 Health Results Disclaimer

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING ANY HEALTH OUTCOMES OR RESULTS FROM USING OUR SERVICES. HEALTH RESULTS VARY SIGNIFICANTLY BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS, AND WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC HEALTH BENEFITS OR OUTCOMES.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLICKTRON AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except as modified by these Terms.

12.4 Small Claims Court

Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court as an alternative to arbitration.

12.5 Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice within 30 days of first accepting these Terms to legal@clicktron.com with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line.

12.6 Jurisdictional Requirements

Users in certain jurisdictions (including the UK, EU, and some U.S. states) may have mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived, including the right to bring claims in local courts. Nothing in these Terms limits such rights.
